What is the GPS location accuracy?
Location accuracy depends on the technology used:
- GPS: accuracy of 10-20 meters
- Wi-Fi: accuracy of 50-100 meters
- LBS (GSM network): accuracy of 200-2000 meters
The most accurate measurements are obtained in open spaces using GPS.
Does the GPS tracker require a SIM card?
Yes, the BZ-02 tracker requires a SIM card. The package includes an already activated SIM card with a one-year subscription. After a year, you need to renew the subscription to continue using the device.
How big is the GPS tracker?
The BZ-02 GPS tracker measures 58 x 32 x 17 mm and weighs about 35 grams. It is one of the smallest GPS trackers available on the market, specially designed for dogs and cats.
How do I attach the tracker to my pet?
The GPS tracker attaches to the collar using the included silicone holders. It can also be mounted directly on a standard collar using the included zip ties.

How do I delete a zone?
To delete a zone, log into the app, select "Zones" from the menu and choose the one you want to delete. Next, click the settings icon, then click the trash icon in the top right corner and confirm by selecting "Delete".
How do I turn the device on/off?
The device can be turned on using the red button.
How do I set up low battery notifications?
To enable or disable low battery notifications, open the "Menu" using the icon in the top left corner, select "Settings", then "Notifications". Next, turn the "Low battery" option on or off.
How do I activate the sound signal on the tracker?
This function allows you to remotely trigger a sound signal on the tracker. It will help you find your lost pet more quickly. To trigger the sound signal on the device, launch the app. In the tracker navigation, click on the "More" tab and select "Play sound".
What does the blinking LED on the device mean?
If the tracker is not connected to charging, a pulsing LED means that the device has no SIM card / the card is incorrectly inserted or damaged / the card has no cellular network coverage.
No LED light means the device is either on or off.
If the tracker is connected to charging, the LED will stay on during the entire charging process and turn off when the battery is fully charged.
