What is a Family Group?
A Family Group lets you see the locations of all your family members on a single map in the Safe Family app. Each group has one administrator (owner) and any number of members.
How do I join a Family Group?
The group administrator generates a 6-character invitation code with a limited validity period, also available as a QR code. In the app, tap “Join a group”, enter the code and confirm — you’ll immediately see the group members on the map.
Is this feature available in my app?
Family Groups are available in the Safe Family app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, sign in, and create a group or join an existing one.

Is the Locon Watch GOAT waterproof?
The watch meets the IP68 waterproof standard. You can wear it during everyday activities such as washing hands or on a rainy day. It withstands immersion down to 1.5 m for up to 30 minutes, in water between 10–35 °C. Avoid baths, contact with salt water, prolonged contact with water and jumping into water. Water damage caused by ignoring these guidelines voids the warranty.
What kind of SIM card does the watch need?
An active nano-SIM card with VoLTE support is required, allowing voice calls and mobile data. The watch is offered both with a SIM card supplied by Locon and without one.
How do I install my own SIM card?
Turn the device off, remove the silicone case, slide out the SIM tray on the left side of the watch, place the nano-SIM with the chip facing the display (the notched corner must align with the cut-out in the tray), then slide the tray back in. Disable the PIN code on the SIM card before installing it.
How do I charge the watch and how long does it take?
Connect the magnetic end of the cable to the charging connector — if you meet resistance, do not use force; turn the connector around and try again. Plug the USB end into a 5V power adapter (not included). Charging takes about 2 hours; a 100% icon appears on the screen once complete.
What does the function button do?
The button behaves differently depending on the state: holding it for 3 seconds while the device is on triggers an SOS alarm; holding it while the device is off turns the watch on; inside the watch menu a press returns to the previous screen; on an incoming call it rejects the call, and during a call it ends it.

A USB cable with a magnetic connector, a SIM tray removal tool, a replaceable silicone case with spare straps, a warranty card and first-use instructions (Quick Start).

How do zones work?
A zone is an area you mark on the map; you receive a notification when the device leaves it. You can set the zone radius between 150 m and 5000 m.
Can I check location history?
Yes. The app stores location history and lets you browse it for selected time periods. You can also locate the device on demand or at set intervals.

To delete a zone, log into the app, select "Zones" from the menu and choose the one you want to delete. Next, click the settings icon, then click the trash icon in the top right corner and confirm by selecting "Delete".
How do I turn the device on/off?
The device can be turned on using the red button.
How do I set up low battery notifications?
To enable or disable low battery notifications, open the "Menu" using the icon in the top left corner, select "Settings", then "Notifications". Next, turn the "Low battery" option on or off.
How do I activate the sound signal on the tracker?
This function allows you to remotely trigger a sound signal on the tracker. It will help you find your lost pet more quickly. To trigger the sound signal on the device, launch the app. In the tracker navigation, click on the "More" tab and select "Play sound".
What does the blinking LED on the device mean?
If the tracker is not connected to charging, a pulsing LED means that the device has no SIM card / the card is incorrectly inserted or damaged / the card has no cellular network coverage.
No LED light means the device is either on or off.
If the tracker is connected to charging, the LED will stay on during the entire charging process and turn off when the battery is fully charged.
